The Cookie Jar is a not-for-profit organization, run by an elected, parent, Executive Board. Without the Board the program cannot continue.
The Board meets once a month and each position is responsible for various duties throughout the year.
Our Board consists of the following positions:
Anyone who occupies a Board position will have met their Parent Volunteer commitment and will have their volunteer bond check returned to them.
The nature of our organization is such that the Board continually refreshes. As the children of Board members graduate to kindergarten, Board vacancies are created. There are always Board opportunities for a new Cookie Jar parents. Along with being personally rewarding, being a Board member also keeps your resume current, while demonstrating your commitment to the betterment of our community.

Elections take place at our Annual General Meeting.
